- Other Cities in India: Delivery within 3-7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the product. We offer free shipping for diagnostic reports delivered digitally (via email or online portal).
Standard shipping charges for physical deliveries are as follows:

- Other Cities in India: ₹100 per order
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the request. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. For diagnostic reports, the processing time may vary depending on the type of test conducted.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery of your order through the courier’s website.
6. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details or refusal to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.
